Python Code Review and Architecture Mentorship

I am looking for experienced software engineer, with solid experience in Python. This role involves mainly hands-on technical mentorship: code review, feedback, mentoring on architectural decisions. I am open to discuss how to structure it but I imagine it would take 2-3 hours per week (between async communication, live meeting and own time for code review), for next 2-3 months. I do have previous experience with Python, but worked mainly in data engineering area while I found myself working more on backend-like applications in my current projects (both personal and for work). There is only so much you can learn when working alone (even with the support of LLMs). I believe I could benefit from some guidance to ensure best practices and optimal architecture. The main focus is on Python development (ex. Fast API, dockerized Python apps). Some of the additional stack that I am working covers some basic infra (both VPS and Azure), basic CI/CD (GitHub Actions), some AI engineering (PydanticAI), web scraping - any experience in those areas is great but not required.
