Senior Full-Stack Developer for MFI Portal, Document Management & Workflow System

Senior Full-Stack Developer Needed for MFI Monitoring & Deal Management Portal Overview We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer or development team to build a secure web-based platform for managing our relationships with Microfinance Institutions (MFIs). The platform will consist of two portals: #External MFI Portal MFIs should be able to: * Securely log in and manage users * Submit monthly/quarterly factsheets * Submit monthly covenant reports * Upload annual review and monitoring documents * Track the progress of their deal/application * Receive automated reminders for upcoming and overdue submissions #Internal AFI Portal Our team should be able to: * Manage investment pipeline stages * Track deal progress and activities * Monitor covenant compliance and breaches * Manage annual reviews and monitoring activities * Draft and manage Loan Review Summaries (LRS) * Access dashboards and portfolio reporting #Core Requirements #Document Management * Secure document upload and storage * Automatic organization by MFI, reporting period, and document type * Version control and audit trail * Search and retrieval capabilities #Workflow & Monitoring * Deal pipeline management * Task assignment and tracking * Automated email notifications and reminders * Covenant monitoring and breach tracking * Compliance and monitoring workflows #Reporting & Analytics * Dashboard for active MFIs * Outstanding submissions * Covenant breaches * Upcoming reviews and monitoring actions # Data & Technology Requirements #Microsoft Ecosystem (Preferred) We use Microsoft technologies and would like the solution to integrate with: * Microsoft Fabric as the primary data storage and reporting layer * OneLake for centralized document and data storage * Power BI for dashboards and analytics * Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for authentication (preferred) * Azure Cloud services #Application Stack Preferred technologies: * Frontend: React / Next.js * Backend: .NET Core, Python (FastAPI/Django), or Node.js * API-first architecture * Integration with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI #Future Enhancements The architecture should support future additions such as: * AI-assisted LRS (Loan Repayment Schedule) drafting * OCR extraction from uploaded reports * Automated covenant calculations * E-signature integration * Mobile application * Advanced analytics and risk scoring #Ideal Experience Please apply only if you have experience with: * Enterprise web applications * SaaS platforms * Workflow and approval systems * Document management solutions * Financial services, lending, compliance, or monitoring platforms * Microsoft Azure, Fabric, and Power BI integrations #Please Include 1.
