Same thing what you did this Abdullah Kash, I need the same thing, to keep it simple. Same budget as well.
Milestone 1 — Source Setup and Sample Leads: $50
Connect at least three New Jersey and three North Carolina public-government sources
Prioritize parcel data, foreclosures and tax-delinquent properties
Collect at least 100 sample leads
Include all available:
Owner name
Property address
Mailing address
Parcel/block-and-lot number
County and state
Lead type
Source URL
Date collected
Payment condition: The sample contains usable records from both states, and you approve the data quality.
Milestone 2 — Working Automated Scraper: $50
Build working automation for the six approved sources
Use official APIs and downloadable datasets whenever available
Automatically collect new and updated records
Handle pagination and multiple result pages
Prevent scraping errors from deleting previous data
Export leads into CSV or Excel
Provide you access to the source code
Payment condition: The developer runs the scraper live and produces an updated file without manually copying leads.
Milestone 3 — Lead Website and Data Cleaning: $50
Create a basic password-protected website
Display collected leads in a readable table
Remove duplicate properties
Standardize owner and property addresses
Add search and filters for:
State
County
City
Lead type
Date collected
Add a property-source link
Add CSV/Excel export
Show whether each lead is new or previously collected
Payment condition: You can independently log in, search, filter and export the leads.
Milestone 4 — Scheduling and Complete Handoff: $50
Schedule automatic daily or weekly updates
Add “first discovered” and “last updated” dates
Add basic failure/error logging
Demonstrate that duplicate leads are not re-added
Deploy the website under an account you control
Deliver:
Complete source code
Database
Website credentials
Hosting credentials or deployment access
Installation instructions
Short video walkthrough
Seven days of bug fixes
Payment condition: The system completes at least two scheduled updates successfully, and you can operate it without the developer.
Project requirement to include
The developer may collect data only from approved public sources and may not bypass logins, CAPTCHAs, rate limits or access restrictions. All code, databases, credentials and project files must be delivered to accounts controlled by the buyer. Each lead must include its original source URL and collection date. Each $50 milestone is payable only after its deliverables are demonstrated and accepted.
