AI Application Developer MVP Ready in 4-6 weeks

Summary We're an early-stage AI startup building an AI co-worker for commercial real estate firms that run both property management and acquisitions. The MVP is fully scoped: requirements, architecture blueprints, and work-order tickets are already written. We need a senior engineer to build it alongside our technical lead and ship a working pilot in ~6–8 weeks. This isn't a "figure out what to build" project. The thinking is done. We need someone who executes cleanly against scoped tickets and ships. What you'll build 3 core MVP features: - Integration w/ 3rd party apps - Chat functionality - Data de-duplication workflwos Tech stack (already decided): - Frontend: Next.js 14+, TypeScript, Tailwind - Backend: Python / FastAPI, Celery - Data: PostgreSQL + pgvector, Redis - AI: Anthropic Claude via LangChain, RAG pipeline - Infra: Vercel, Railway, Supabase, Clerk (auth) - Integrations: Rent Manager, HubSpot, Zoho (OAuth 2.0 + webhooks) You're a fit if you: - Have shipped AI/LLM products from 0 to 1 (RAG, tool calling, production LLM apps) - Are strong across the full stack — especially Next.js + FastAPI - Have built third-party API integrations (OAuth, webhooks, sync) - Work independently against scoped tickets and - communicate progress clearly - Move fast and take ownership Nice to have: PropTech/CRE experience, multi-tenant SaaS, AI-assisted dev tools (Cursor, Claude Code).
