AI Platform Developer for Automation

We are building a proprietary AI-powered estimating and project administration platform for HVAC, refrigeration, controls and switchboard contractor. The core tech stack is Next.js (App Router) with TypeScript, Supabase (Postgres, Auth, Storage, pgvector), the Anthropic Claude API (claude-sonnet-4-6) for PDF analysis and document generation, OpenAI embeddings for a RAG-based internal knowledge base, and Vercel for hosting. Beyond the estimating engine, the platform includes four AI administration agents (project admin, compliance documentation, HVAC/BMS commissioning, and a company knowledge base), a switchboard drawing extraction pipeline that reads structured circuit and component data from AutoCAD-exported MSSB drawing sets, and a management BI dashboard.
