We are looking for an experienced AI Chatbot Developer to build and integrate an intelligent customer support chatbot within our mobile application. The chatbot should provide instant assistance to users, answer FAQs, resolve common issues, and seamlessly escalate conversations to human support when needed.
The ideal candidate has experience developing AI-powered chat solutions for iOS and Android applications using modern LLMs and conversational AI technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop an AI-powered customer support chatbot for our mobile app.
- Integrate the chatbot into iOS and Android applications.
- Connect the chatbot with FAQs, knowledge bases, APIs, and backend services.
- Implement conversational flows for user onboarding, support, and troubleshooting.
- Enable human-agent handoff when issues require manual assistance.
- Optimize chatbot accuracy, response quality, and user experience.
- Ensure scalability, security, and reliable performance.
Required Skills:
- Experience building AI chatbots using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLMs.
- Strong knowledge of mobile app development and integrations.
- Experience with Flutter, React Native, Swift, Kotlin, or native mobile development.
- Proficiency in backend development (Node.js, Python, or similar).
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG systems, and vector databases.
- API integration and database management experience.
- Knowledge of chatbot analytics and performance optimization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience developing AI customer support solutions for mobile apps.
- Experience integrating chatbots with CRM or helpdesk platforms.
- Familiarity with push notifications, user authentication, and in-app messaging.
- Experience deploying scalable AI applications on cloud platforms.
