Convert PDF to Word Doc

I have a 10-page PDF that I need rebuilt in Word so I can edit it freely. Every heading, paragraph break, table, and image should look just like the original—spacing, alignment, and overall layout intact—so when I open the .docx it feels identical to the PDF but is fully editable...
