Machine Learning Research Developer

We are looking for a reliable developer with experience in software development, research, and machine learning to support an ongoing experimental research project. The ideal contractor can commit at least 15 hours per week to implementing experiments, maintaining the project codebase, analyzing results, and providing detailed weekly updates based on our guidance. Responsibilities Implement research experiments and technical tasks based on provided requirements Write clean, documented, and reproducible code Check new code into our GitHub repository regularly Run experiments and validate results Create graphs, tables, and other visualizations when relevant Analyze experiment outcomes and document key findings Post detailed progress updates and completed tasks in ClickUp Submit a complete weekly report at least once every seven days Weekly Deliverables Each paid weekly report must include: New or updated code checked into the GitHub repository A detailed ClickUp update describing completed tasks, progress, issues, and next steps Documented experiment results, including graphs, analysis, and conclusions when applicable Required Qualifications Strong software development skills Experience with Python and machine-learning tools or frameworks Experience implementing and evaluating technical experiments Ability to analyze data and clearly explain results Familiarity with GitHub and version-control workflows Strong written communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently and follow research guidance Availability of at least 15 hours per week Compensation The budget is USD $250 per accepted weekly report. Payment is based on the completion of the required weekly deliverables rather than hourly activity alone. Important Reporting Requirement A detailed weekly report must be submitted at least once every seven days. Consistent communication and reporting are essential. Failure to submit the required update within seven days may result in termination of the contract.
