Web App for Fire Sprinkler Submittals

Build a web-based PDF package builder for fire sprinkler hydraulic calculation submittals. The application shall allow users to upload multiple PDF files, extract key title sheet information using AI/OCR, allow the user to review and edit extracted fields, generate a professional cover sheet and calculation index, merge all uploaded PDFs into a single final PDF, add bookmarks and page numbers, and allow the user to download the completed package. Initial version is for internal company use only and does not require billing, user accounts, or long-term cloud storage. Next step would be the ability to drag and drop fire sprinkler shop drawings and have it extract the materials to create a material submittal such as sprinkler heads, pipe, valves, fittings, hangers, seismic bracing etc
