AI-Assisted Web Developer (Claude Code / Cursor) About Us BlackCat Marketing is a data-driven digital marketing agency focused on Google Analytics (GA4), AI Visibility (AEO), paid advertising, and conversion optimization. We are looking for a highly skilled AI-assisted web developer who uses modern AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar platforms to build websites, landing pages, and web-based tools efficiently. This is not a role for someone who simply copies AI-generated code. We are looking for a real developer who understands what the code is doing and uses AI to work faster, smarter, and more efficiently. Responsibilities * Build landing pages and websites from design briefs * Improve existing websites and troubleshoot issues * Implement tracking solutions (GA4, GTM, conversion tracking) * Add structured data and schema markup * Optimize website performance and Core Web Vitals * Assist with AEO and SEO-related technical implementations * Build simple web applications, calculators, and lead generation tools * Deploy and maintain websites when required * Recommend improvements proactively Required Skills * Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills * Experience with React and/or Next.js * Experience using Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar AI coding tools * Experience integrating analytics and tracking systems * Understanding of website performance optimization * Ability to debug independently * Strong written English communication Nice to Have * Digital marketing experience * SEO or AEO experience * GA4 or Google Tag Manager experience * Conversion rate optimization experience * Experience building lead generation funnels * Experience with AI automation tools What We Value Most We are looking for someone who is: * Proactive * Reliable * Detail-oriented * Able to solve problems independently * Comfortable making recommendations without being asked We appreciate freelancers who think like partners, not task-takers.
