PROJECT BRIEF: Operation Stealth Scale (ByteScaped Phase 0) Executive Summary ByteScaped is a multimodal lead capture and marketplace engine designed to capture 10% of the Charlotte market by Q2 2027. We are hiring a single Senior Full-Stack Engineer to execute the "Lead-to-Cash" flow. Current Status: All core architectural assets—including the Database Schema (Prisma/PostGIS), User Flows, and Flutter Web Frontend—are finalized. Developer Mandate: The developer will be responsible for the "intelligence and integration" layer. This includes developing and tuning the AI prompts for Gemini 2.0/2.5 to ensure accurate imagery analysis and pricing, and connecting the frontend to our GCP/Stripe backend. 1. Technical Scope of Work The Developer will implement the "glue" and intelligence layers across our established stack: AI Prompt Engineering: Develop, test, and tune complex system prompts for Gemini 2.0 Flash (for "Aridable Area" extraction from imagery) and Gemini 2.5 Pro (for interpreting pricing matrices into binding quotes). Execution Layer: Build Node.js workers on GCP Cloud Run to handle the business logic between the Flutter frontend and the database. Safety Engine: Develop a Node.js Singleton for Feature Flags with less than 5ms latency and a fail-safe revert to standard forms. Marketplace Logic: Build the SMS-based "Job Routing" system (Twilio integration) and real-time proximity matching. Financial Integrity: Integrate Stripe Connect for provider onboarding and customer checkout, enforcing "Integer-only" (cents) currency storage. 2. Infrastructure & Guardrails IaC: Terraform for all GCP environment configurations. CI/CD: Automated delivery via GitHub Actions (Dev/Test/Prod environments). Security: Zero plaintext credentials; 100% integration with GCP Secret Manager. Data Gate: Strict Zod schema validation for every API endpoint.
