Laravel Developer Needed — Tutoring Management Platform/AI-Integrated

We're building a custom school/tutoring management platform to replace an aging, over-customized legacy system that's become difficult to maintain. The new platform is designed specifically for an online Quran/Arabic tutoring academy, built on a credit-based (time-bank) class model, with AI features integrated from the start to support teachers and improve instructional quality. What's already in place: • A detailed technical specification covering the full system: credit ledger, teacher rates, scheduling/availability, class lifecycle, payroll, payments (Stripe/PayPal + manual methods), notifications (email/WhatsApp), and a full AI integration spec (teacher-facing drafting tools, productivity aids, and admin analytics — all human-approved, no AI output ever auto-sent to a customer) • An initial Laravel/MySQL codebase already built out for the core engine (credit ledger, teacher rate resolution, availability/conflict detection), with an existing automated test suite • Clear, documented business rules and decisions for every module — this is not a vague concept, it's a fully specified build What we need: • A Laravel developer (or small team) to review the existing spec and codebase, and provide a cost and timeline estimate to complete the build • Ongoing development through to launch, followed by iterative feature rollout (per the documented build order) Nice-to-have context: This platform isn't a one-off — I have a network of 150+ academies in the same tutoring niche. Once built and proven, there's a real opportunity to license or resell the platform across that network, and I'll be actively involved in marketing and business development on that side. Developers who do strong work here have a path to ongoing, larger-scope engagement beyond this initial build.
