This is not an employee handbook. We already have one of those. The goal is to create a visually appealing, easy-to-reference playbook that serves as a guide for employee development, training, promotions, company culture, and performance expectations. This will be a spiral bound book that follows the employees and their growth through our company. What We Already Have A good starting amount of written content guidelines and company philosophy A general structure/template for the playbook General AI generated ideas of what the pages/format could look like. Company branding, logo, photos, and color palette Defined company pillars, standards, and employee development processes What We Need Professional layout and design of the Playbook Creation of a cohesive visual identity throughout the document Design of printable evaluation forms and scorecards Help organizing content into a clean, easy-to-follow format Recommendations for improving readability, flow, and user experience Final deliverables in editable format (Canva, Word, Adobe, but open to recommendations) and print-ready PDF Style We Are Looking For We envision something that feels more like a premium company culture guide or field manual rather than a traditional HR handbook. Clean layouts, strong typography, meaningful photography, infographics, checklists, and visual storytelling are preferred. Something that can be printed and spiral bound for easy reference.
