5-Second MP4 Shot Extraction

I have 115 single MP4 video's that I simply need sliced into consecutive 5 to maximum 10 second clips—no color grading, graphics, or additional edits. Mostly 1 cut per video, sometimes 2 or 3 cuts Each resulting file must remain in MP4 format to preserve compatibility with my current workflow...
