## Job title Senior AI-native fullstack engineer (coding agents + product taste) ## Description We build AI and SEO tools used by marketers, founders, and writers worldwide. Our products help people create content that ranks in traditional search and gets cited in AI-driven discovery (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity). We are a small, fast team, and the way software gets built has changed. We hire for it. One engineer who is fluent with coding agents and has real product taste now ships what used to take a team. That is who we are looking for. What this role is: You own products end to end. You take a rough idea, decide what to build, build it, ship it, and watch how people use it. You drive coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, and whatever comes next) to move fast, and you bring the judgment to know when the agent is wrong, when the code is good enough, and when a feature is worth shipping at all. This is not a ticket-closing role. We hand you problems and outcomes, not fully specified tasks. Fluency with coding agents: - You already use coding agents as your primary way of building, not as occasional autocomplete. - You break work down, prompt well, give the right context, and run several agents in parallel without losing the thread. - You read every diff. You catch the bugs and shortcuts an agent introduces, and you know when to throw its work away and do it yourself. - You adopt new tools and models quickly and have opinions about which ones earn their place. Product taste: - You can look at a screen and tell what is good and what is off, and say why. - You make product decisions, not just engineering ones. You cut scope, push back on bad ideas, and protect the user experience. - You sweat the details: copy, empty states, loading, error handling, the small interactions that make a product feel finished. - You ship, then watch real usage and iterate. You care that the thing works for people, not just that it compiles. Engineering ability: - You build fullstack web apps across JavaScript, TypeScript, React (and Next.js), and Node.js, with Python for AI and data work. - You design and ship APIs, data models, and integrations that hold up in production. - You integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, others) into real products and understand prompting, evaluation, retrieval, and cost and latency tradeoffs. - You are comfortable with Git, CI/CD, and deploying to cloud platforms (GCP preferred), and you can debug a production issue without hand-holding. Nice to have: - Experience building AI or SEO tools, content tools, or analytics dashboards. - Working knowledge of how AI is changing search: AI Overviews, Generative Engine Optimization, semantic search, vector databases. - A track record of side projects or products you took from idea to launch on your own. What you will work on: - AI-powered content and SEO tools that hunderds of thousands of people use. - Features that move fast from idea to live product, then improve based on real usage. - Polished, fast, genuinely useful products that people recommend to others. Working terms: - Full-time and exclusive. No agencies, consulting firms, or part-time arrangements. Individual developers only. - Available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM Amsterdam time (1-hour break). - You will sign an NDA and an exclusivity agreement. - Strong written and spoken English. How to apply: Please include the following in your proposal. 1. Things you have built. Links to products, side projects, or tools you shipped, ideally ones you took from idea to launch yourself. Show us what you made and what happened when people used it. This matters more than your resume. 2. How you work with coding agents (max 400 words). The agents and models you use, how you structure your work with them, and one example of something you built fast because of how you used them. Include a time an agent led you wrong and how you caught it. 3. A product opinion. Pick any product you admire or think is broken, and tell us in a few sentences what you would change and why. 4. Github, linkedin profile. We read for taste and output. A strong submission from someone with three years of experience beats a generic one from someone with ten.
