Automated Paid Telegram Subscription System

I need a developer to build an automated subscription system for my private Telegram channel. Requirements: Create a private Telegram channel. Integrate PayPal subscriptions. Users pay US$1 for the first month as a promotional offer, then US$50/month automatically after that. After successful payment, the user is automatically added to the private Telegram channel using a Telegram bot. If a subscription payment fails, is cancelled, or expires, the user is automatically removed from the Telegram channel. The system should send users an invite link automatically after payment. I need an admin dashboard where I can: View active subscribers. View cancelled or expired subscribers. Manually add or remove members if needed. View payment status. The system should be secure, reliable, and require minimal manual work. It should be easy for me to change the subscription price in the future. Please recommend the best technology stack (e.g. Python, Node.js, etc.) and hosting requirements.
