Senior Full-Stack Telehealth SaaS Developer

We're looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to help build and scale a secure healthcare SaaS platform for the market. You'll work across both web and mobile applications, developing reliable backend services, modern user interfaces, and secure AWS cloud infrastructure while keeping patient data safe and HIPAA compliant. Responsibilities Build and maintain healthcare SaaS applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, or Python (FastAPI). Design and manage secure AWS infrastructure with IAM, VPC, EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, KMS, and CloudTrail. Develop REST and GraphQL APIs with a strong focus on security, performance, and scalability. Integrate HL7 FHIR APIs with EMR/EHR platforms, including Epic and Cerner. Build features such as patient portals, provider dashboards, appointment scheduling, and telehealth video using WebRTC or Twilio. Implement secure authentication using Auth0, Clerk, or AWS Cognito.
