AI Automation Developer for Ongoing Client Projects

Hi, We are an AI implementation agency helping small and medium-sized businesses use AI to improve operations, save time and reduce manual work. We are looking for an AI Developer / Automation Engineer to support us with the technical delivery of client projects. This is a project-based role with the potential for long-term collaboration. You would help us turn business workflows into working AI and automation systems. What you’ll do: • Understand client workflows and technical needs • Design the best technical setup for each solution • Build AI agents, automations, integrations and workflow systems • Connect tools using APIs, webhooks, databases and automation platforms • Test, improve and troubleshoot the solution • Implement the system into the client’s existing workflow • Create simple documentation and provide support after launch We’re looking for someone who has experience with: • AI agents and LLM tools such as OpenAI, Claude, Codex or similar • Automation tools such as Make, Zapier or n8n • APIs, webhooks and integrations • Databases such as Supabase / PostgreSQL • Building real business systems, not just demos You should be able to work independently, suggest good technical solutions, communicate clearly and take ownership of delivery.
