Senior Autonomous Drone Engineer
We are looking for a hands-on engineer to build a single-drone autonomous system from prototype to real-world deployment.
Responsibilities
Build autonomous missions using PX4 or ArduPilot
Integrate drones using MAVLink and ROS 2
Implement waypoint navigation, obstacle avoidance, fail-safe logic, and return-to-home
Integrate Pixhawk, GPS/RTK, cameras, sensors, telemetry, and Jetson
Test in simulation and conduct real-world flight trials
Work with the computer-vision team for AI-based drone behaviour
Requirements
4+ years of experience in drones, robotics, or autonomous systems
Strong experience with PX4 or ArduPilot, MAVLink, and ROS 2
Good knowledge of C++ and Python
Hands-on experience with real drone hardware and flight testing
Experience with Gazebo, SITL, Pixhawk, GPS, and sensors
Preferred
Experience with Jetson, computer vision, SLAM, RTK, obstacle avoidance, or precision landing.
We are looking for a practical engineer who has built and flown real autonomous drone systems.
