Equipment noise measurement

I m dealing with noise from a neighbor's HVAC and pool equipment located near our shared property line. I am measuring the noise using a REED device and I'd like to hire someone to validate my noise measurements and help understand how this noise is spread and the potential solutions for noise remediation. Video communication is required so that I can show you the equipments.
