Full-Stack Developer for Performance Appraisal System

We're seeking an experienced full-stack developer to design and build a Performance Appraisal management system from scratch for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development and be able to deliver a comprehensive solution. The project involves creating a system that efficiently manages performance appraisals, ensuring smooth operations and data integrity. - **Appraisal listing per employee** — a dashboard showing all appraisal records tied to each employee, with a status indicator (e.g. Not Sent / Pending / Completed / Expired) so we can track where each one stands. - **Multiple appraisals per employee** — support for employees having several appraisal records over time (annual, probationary, etc.), each independently created, edited, viewed, and deleted. - **Add/Edit appraisal form** — a dynamic ratings grid (assessment method + multi-point rating scale) grouped by category, an overall rating selector, and free-text summary fields (development needs, improvement plan, goals, training, comments). - **Database schema** — a normalized schema to support appraisals, categories/questions, responses, and signatures. - **API layer** — REST endpoints for CRUD operations on appraisals and for persisting signature data. - **Digital signature capture & secure remote signing** — a way for the relevant reviewer to send the appraisal out for signature, and for the employee to securely access, review, and sign the document remotely without needing to log in to the system. - **Reusable signatures** — the ability for a user to reuse a previously captured signature or create a new one at the time of signing. - **Print/PDF-style view** — a formatted, print-ready read-only view of the completed appraisal (with branding, signatures, and dates) suitable for archiving or matching an existing paper form layout.
