Historical Job Post Data from Upwork -- 4

I need to someone who has api of Upwork to build a dataset. What I need is the historical data from the platform. Details and price can be discussed further, but having Upwork's api is a must. Again, I dont have the access to the API, so I need someone who has it to do the job... (Budget: £250 - £750 GBP, Jobs: Python, Web Scraping)
