Laravel/PHP developer to review & scope an existing live web platform

I run BookThePro, a booking platform for event & wedding artists in Switzerland. There's an existing, live web platform built in Laravel/PHP with Stripe integration that I want to modernize and extend. As a first step, I'm looking for someone to review the current state (a few hours of work) and give me an honest assessment: condition of the codebase, what's realistic to build out, and a rough effort estimate. This is a paid assignment. If it's a good fit, a larger project would follow. Please share: your hourly rate, your relevant Laravel experience, and briefly a similar platform you've worked on. German-speaking is a plus but not required.
