Modify PDF in AutoCAD

I have a single-page PDF drawing that must be opened in AutoCAD, cleaned up, and resaved. Specifically, I need every outdated text label, shape, diagram, and even the old dimensions stripped out so the sheet is completely clear of legacy information...
