AI Agents & Automation Developer Needed for n8n, Make.com agents

We’re looking for an experienced AI Automation Developer who can design and build reliable business workflow automations using tools like Make.com and n8n. The goal is simple: Reduce manual work, streamline operations, eliminate repetitive tasks, and create scalable systems that actually work consistently without breaking every other Tuesday because someone renamed a spreadsheet column. What You’ll Be Working On * Building AI-powered workflows and automations using Make.com and/or n8n * Automating repetitive manual business processes * Connecting APIs, CRMs, databases, forms, spreadsheets, emails, and third-party platforms * Designing scalable workflow pipelines that are clean, maintainable, and reliable * Implementing AI agents for business operations, customer workflows, data handling, content generation, notifications, and task orchestration * Handling error management, retries, logging, and workflow monitoring * Optimising workflow performance and reducing unnecessary operational overhead * Creating systems that are durable, efficient, and easy to maintain long-term Requirements * Strong experience with Make.com and/or n8n * Experience integrating APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and external services * Understanding of AI tools and LLM integrations (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) * Ability to build robust workflows with proper error handling and fallback logic * Good understanding of automation architecture and scalable system design * Experience with databases, CRMs, Slack, Google Workspace, Airtable, Notion, Stripe, or similar business tools * Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and build workflows that are dependable in production environments Nice to Have * Experience building multi-step AI agent systems * Knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or backend development * Experience with vector databases, RAG systems, or AI orchestration frameworks * Previous work automating internal business operations or client workflows What We Value * Clean and thoughtful workflow design * Reliability over flashy nonsense * Strong communication * Ownership and problem-solving mindset * Building systems that save real operational time and reduce human error If you’ve built production-grade automations that genuinely improved business workflows and operational efficiency, we’d love to hear from you.
