PDF Tables to Excel

I have a set of PDFs filled with numerical tables that I need rebuilt in Excel. Most of the tables share the same column order and headings, but a few break the pattern with extra columns or slightly different layouts... (Budget: $15 - $25 USD, Jobs: Data Analysis, Data Cleansing, Data Entry, Data Extraction, Data Management, Data Processing, Excel, Visual Basic)
