Custom Automation Script for Gmail

I need a custom automation script to monitor my Gmail inbox for MLS property alerts from Connect MLS. The script should extract property listing links from each email, click through to the full property details page, scrape county name and parcel number from each listing, then query the Land Portal API using those details to retrieve road frontage, acreage, listing price, price per acre, and recent comparable sales data. Finally, the script should compile all this data and automatically add it to a Notion database with clean formatting. Must handle JavaScript-rendered pages and work reliably with Gmail and Land Portal API. Python or Node.js preferred. Ideal timeline: two to three weeks.
