Fix a AI Messager

Hi I had a mailbot installed on a site called Final Surge. We don't need to pay for this bot however, I can't get in touch with the developer of it (no longer on Upwork). It works well 95% of the time but then it will randomly send 90 messages to the same users. I need someone to either make a new bot or fix the one I have.
