Need Developer to Review, Secure & Maintain Existing PHP Website

I am looking for an experienced full-stack developer to take over an existing website project built with PHP. The ideal candidate should be able to review the entire codebase, server configuration, and hosting environment to ensure I have complete ownership and control of every aspect of the project. As part of the transition, I would like all previous developer access removed, all credentials updated, and a comprehensive security audit performed to identify and eliminate any unnecessary administrator accounts, login methods, API keys, SSH keys, scheduled tasks, or other persistent access points. I am simply looking for an independent review to verify that the system is secure and that I am the sole owner with full control moving forward. Experience with Git, Linux servers, databases, website migrations, and security hardening is highly preferred. I would need it completed within next 2-3 hours
