Hi, I'm looking for an experienced WordPress developer to complete my Melbourne wellness directory website. The website is already live and partially built. I have completed the research phase, collected all of the business data, and downloaded the images. I have reached the point where I would like an experienced professional to complete the website to a high standard. This is not a website that needs to be built from scratch. Current Status WordPress website already created Hosting already configured Business Directory plugin installed Around 110 business listings Complete spreadsheet containing all listing information Two images downloaded for every listing Some listings have already been added to the website Website: https://melbournewellnessdirectory.com/ Project Goal The goal is to create a modern, professional and user-friendly directory where people can discover wellness, recovery and health businesses throughout Melbourne. I want the website to feel premium, easy to navigate, mobile friendly and well optimised for search engines. Scope of Work The successful developer will be responsible for reviewing the existing website and recommending the best way to complete it. The work will include, but is not limited to: Import all listings from my spreadsheet Upload and correctly assign images to each listing Ensure all listing pages are clean, consistent and visually appealing Improve the overall design and user experience Review and improve categories and subcategories Improve search functionality and filtering Improve navigation throughout the website Improve the homepage layout and overall presentation Ensure the website works perfectly on desktop, tablet and mobile Optimise website performance and loading speed Implement SEO best practices including clean URLs, metadata, schema (where appropriate) and internal linking Review the existing website for any issues or opportunities for improvement before launch Design Expectations I'm looking for a clean, modern and professional design that builds trust with visitors and makes it easy for users to find businesses. I am happy for you to make design recommendations if you believe there is a better way to present the directory.
