This is **not** a beginner project and is **not** suitable for junior developers or agencies that outsource work. I am looking for a highly experienced Mobile App Architect and Full-Stack Developer (or a small senior team) who can help build a world-class legal platform designed for long-term growth. Project Objectives The successful developer will: * Review the existing app. * Review the attached prototype. * Evaluate the current architecture. * Design a scalable, secure backend. * Build production-quality features. * Recommend the best technology stack. * Develop a platform that can scale across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. * Help build a profitable LegalTech business, not just another mobile app. * Build a secure, web-based **Admin Portal (CMS)** so I can manage the platform without needing a developer. The Admin Portal must allow me to: * Upload and organise legal document templates. * Create, edit, and publish legal articles and content. * Manage categories and searchable content. * Upload files, images, and downloadable resources. * Manage users, subscriptions, and permissions. * View analytics and user activity. * Manage AI prompts and knowledge content (where applicable). * Update app content instantly without requiring App Store updates. * Support future expansion as additional services are added. ## Multilingual Requirements The platform must be built as a fully bilingual application supporting **Arabic and English** from day one. Requirements include: * Full Arabic and English support across both the mobile application and Admin Portal. * Proper Right-to-Left (RTL) support for Arabic and Left-to-Right (LTR) support for English. * All content, legal templates, AI responses, notifications, and interface elements must support both languages. * The Admin Portal must allow administrators to manage Arabic and English content independently. * The architecture must support adding additional languages in the future. * Users must be able to switch languages at any time. * The project must follow international localisation (i18n) and internationalisation (l10n) best practices. ## What I'm Looking For I have worked with many developers over the years and have found that many significantly overstate their experience. I am only interested in developers who can demonstrate genuine technical expertise through their work, technical decisions, and problem-solving ability. If you rely on AI to generate code without understanding architecture, this project is not for you. If you copy solutions without understanding them, this project is not for you. If you cannot explain *why* you recommend a particular architecture or technology, this project is not for you. I am looking for engineers who can design, build, and scale products—not people who simply complete tasks. ## Mandatory Requirements Your proposal **must** include the following: 1. Explain the architecture you would recommend after reviewing the App Store app and the attached prototype. 2. Explain how you would transform this into a profitable LegalTech platform. 3. Identify the three biggest technical risks you see. 4. Recommend the backend, database, cloud provider, AI services, and mobile framework you would use—and explain why. 5. Share **3–5 production mobile apps or SaaS platforms** that you personally built. 6. Clearly explain your exact role in each project. 7. Describe the most technically difficult problem you have solved and how you solved it. 8. Provide **verifiable evidence** of your work, such as GitHub contributions (where permitted), architecture diagrams, technical documentation, App Store or Google Play listings, code samples you are authorised to share, or other proof of your involvement. 9.
