Update and Reorganize Existing Consulting Website Copy and Layout

I am looking for an experienced website designer/developer to update and reorganize an existing consulting business website (https://shd-llc.com) This is not a full website build from scratch. The website already exists, but the current messaging and service structure need to be cleaned up so the site looks more professional, clear, and aligned with the business. The business is a strategic consulting firm that supports business owners, government contractors, veteran-owned businesses, and growth-stage companies with strategy, opportunity planning, organizational readiness, and certification/business readiness. I will provide the exact recommended content changes, page-by-page direction, and replacement wording. I need someone who can update the site cleanly, improve the layout where needed, and make sure the site looks polished on desktop and mobile. Scope of work includes: 1. Update the Home page messaging and layout 2. Reorganize the Services/Solutions structure 3. Replace outdated or generic service wording 4. Remove or hide certain service areas that are no longer part of the main business focus 5. Update navigation/menu labels 6. Update footer language and copyright year 7. Review mobile formatting after changes 8. Make sure buttons, links, and calls-to-action are clear and working 9. Maintain a clean, professional consulting-firm look The new service structure will likely include: * Growth & Opportunity Strategy * Capture & Pursuit Readiness * Organizational Growth & Execution * Certification & Business Readiness I do not need heavy custom development.
