Bello Construction is seeking an experienced Python Automation Engineer to develop an internal Permit Intelligence Platform for our construction company. The purpose of the software is to automatically monitor public permit information from municipalities throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area, identify high-value residential and commercial construction projects, and generate actionable lead reports. This is not a consumer-facing application. It is an internal business tool that will help our estimating and business development team identify new construction opportunities before our competitors.
