Senior Next.js / Supabase Developer for Construction Management SaaS Platform

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Next.js and Supabase Developer to help design and build a modern SaaS platform for construction companies. The platform will centralize construction project management, team collaboration, document handling, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and field reporting. It should serve multiple construction companies through a secure multi-tenant architecture, with separate workspaces, users, projects, permissions, and subscription plans. We need a developer who can take ownership of the full-stack architecture, convert product requirements and Figma designs into production-ready functionality, and build a scalable foundation for future platform growth. This is more than a basic CRUD application. The system will include complex permissions, project workflows, real-time collaboration, document management, reporting, notifications, and third-party integrations.
