AI agent creation and integration

I'm looking for an experienced AI engineer to build a reusable AI agent framework that I can duplicate for each of my clients. The goal is to have a dedicated AI agent per client, each with its own knowledge base, context, and workflows while sharing the same underlying architecture. Each agent should be able to ingest and learn from a large history of Slack conversations, along with additional documentation and client-specific information that I can upload. The agent should use this context to understand the client's business, communication style, ongoing projects, and historical decisions. Key capabilities I'd like the agent to have include: * Participating in Slack as if it were another member of the team. * Answering questions based on historical conversations and uploaded documentation. * Assisting with client onboarding by gathering information and following predefined processes. * Producing regular reports and summaries. * Preparing meeting notes, agendas, and pre-meeting briefs by reviewing recent conversations and relevant context. * Helping with general project coordination and administrative tasks. * Being extensible so new workflows and capabilities can be added over time. The Slack integration is a core requirement. I want the AI agent to operate naturally within Slack, responding in channels and direct messages where appropriate, interacting with team members, and functioning as another member of the team rather than a separate chatbot interface. Ideally, the system should make it easy for me to create a new client agent, upload that client's Slack history and supporting documents, configure any client-specific instructions, and have the new agent ready to use without rebuilding everything from scratch. If you apply, please include examples of similar AI agents you've built, particularly those involving Slack, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), knowledge bases, OpenAI/Anthropic models, MCP integrations, or workflow automation tools such as n8n.
