Full-Stack Developer (Full time $500USD per Month) - Ongoing Contract

Job Title: Full-Stack Developer (QA → Development Transition) Tech Stack: Next.js, Supabase, AWS, n8n Role Overview: We are hiring a skilled full-stack developer who can quickly understand an ongoing project, identify edge cases, and take ownership of both quality assurance and development. For the first month, the focus will be on QA, deep system understanding, and sprint management. After that, the candidate will gradually transition into handling full development responsibilities. Responsibilities: QA & Sprint Management: - Understand complete system architecture and workflows. - Identify edge cases, logic gaps, and performance issues. - Perform end-to-end QA (frontend, backend, database, automations). - Test APIs, Supabase flows, and n8n automations. - Manage Jira board: - Create and refine tickets - Define clear acceptance criteria - Plan and manage sprints - Improve technical documentation where required. Development Ownership: - Handle minor development tasks independently. - Gradually take ownership of larger features and modules. - Write clean, scalable, and production-ready code. - Maintain performance, security, and architectural best practices. - Ensure sprint commitments are delivered on time. Requirements: - Strong experience with Next.js. - Solid understanding of Supabase (Database, Auth, RLS). - Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS. - Experience with n8n or similar automation tools. - Strong debugging and edge-case analysis skills. - Experience with Jira and Agile sprint workflows. - Ability to quickly understand and improve existing codebases. - Strong ownership mindset and proactive approach. Expectation: - Fully understand the system architecture. - Independently manage sprints. - Handle development tasks with minimal supervision. - Take technical ownership of assigned modules.
