PDF-to-CAD Models

I have approximately 140 mechanical component drawings available only as PDF files that need to be converted into accurate, fully defined 3D CAD models and manufacturing drawings. The work is entirely mechanical; there are no architectural or electrical components involved... (Budget: $25 - $50 CAD, Jobs: 3D CAD, 3D Design, 3D Modelling, AutoCAD, CAD/CAM, Solidworks)
