User-Friendly Website Speed Optimization

We are seeking a skilled freelancer to optimize the speed and performance of our website while maintaining a completely seamless user experience and preserving the current design and layout exactly as it is. The ideal candidate has proven experience in advanced web performance optimization and can implement effective solutions to improve loading times without negatively affecting the website’s appearance, functionality, animations, responsiveness, or overall user experience. Project goals include achieving a website load time below 2–2.3 seconds on GTmetrix and improving overall performance across both desktop and mobile devices. Tasks may include: * Video optimization * Code minification * Caching configuration * Reducing unnecessary scripts and plugins * Improving Core Web Vitals (especially LCP) * Database and asset optimization * General frontend and backend performance improvements * Implementing web performance best practices Important: The website’s current layout, styling, structure, responsiveness, animations, and visual appearance must remain exactly the same after optimization. Solutions that alter the frontend rendering or dynamically modify the website layout/design are not acceptable. For example, tools such as NitroPack are not permitted, as they may affect layout consistency or frontend behavior. Please note: We are specifically looking for someone with genuine technical expertise in performance optimization; not someone who simply installs a plugin and considers the project completed. Installing basic optimization plugins alone is not sufficient for this project, as that is something we can easily do ourselves. We are looking for a freelancer who can properly analyze performance bottlenecks, manually optimize where necessary, and apply tailored optimizations that lead to real, measurable improvements without compromising the website.
