Front-End Developer (Next.js + Motion)

We're building a high-end marketing and conversion website for a consumer health-tech product, and we need a front-end developer who can deliver it to a genuinely premium standard. This is not a templated brochure site. The bar is high on craft, performance, and polish: clean, fast, mobile-first, with smooth custom motion. We have a clear design direction and full supporting documentation ready to share with the right person (under NDA). The stack Next.js / React (confirmed, non-negotiable) Deployment on Vercel What you'll build A multi-page, mobile-first marketing website built from a provided design A reusable component system used consistently across pages Custom animation and a few hand-built visual elements (smooth, 60fps, no jank) A fast, accessible site (target: under 2.5s load on mobile) Who we're looking for Strong in Next.js/React with real, shippable work to show (live links, not screenshots) Genuinely good at motion/animation — your past sites feel smooth and considered Performance and mobile-first minded — your sites load fast and feel great on a phone An eye for detail; you can turn a design into a pixel-faithful, polished build Communicates proactively and takes a brief seriously the first time We care more about attitude and output quality than years of experience.
