High-Volume Life Insurance Leads

I own a Life Insurance agency with lots agents. I am looking for a team to lead generate/obtain leads. From there I would need you to call the leads, qualify them with ALL information in order to submit policy, and after getting all needed info you transfer to me at the end to submit the policy...
