Senior Full-Stack Developer Needed for Multi-Doctor CRM Platform

Summary: We're building a multi-doctor clinic management platform and need a senior full-stack developer to complete and extend the product for Phase One. We're looking for a senior full-stack developer with real, hands-on experience building with React and Node.js (TypeScript), backed by a PostgreSQL database. This is an urgent requirement, and you'll work directly with our product and engineering leads to deliver the remaining Phase One features for production rollout. Responsibilities: - Building and extending clinic CRM features in React (patients, appointments, clinical workflows, admin tools) - Integrating the frontend with existing NestJS REST APIs using Redux Toolkit and Axios - Implementing role-based UI (Front Desk, Doctor, Admin) aligned with backend RBAC - Developing and maintaining backend modules in NestJS with TypeORM and PostgreSQL where needed - Creating and consuming REST APIs with JWT authentication (access token + refresh cookie flow) - Building responsive, accessible UI using a custom design system (Tailwind CSS + reusable components) Current Project Status & Task: This is an ongoing project. Core infrastructure is already in place: NestJS API, PostgreSQL schema, JWT auth, Swagger documentation, and a React + Vite client with authentication, patients, appointments, users, and clinic management partially implemented. The immediate task is to complete Phase One: doctor-facing clinical workflows (visit notes, referrals, prescriptions, calendar views), replace dashboard mock data with real API integration, build admin analytics, and optionally integrate AI features (patient search, note structuring, medicine suggestions) into the existing stack.
