Deploy Node.js / React App to Railway + Vercel (2–4 hours)

I have a complete, fully-coded web application that needs to be deployed following a detailed step-by-step deployment guide that is included with the code. The stack: Node.js 20 + Express (backend — deploy to Railway) React 18 + Vite (frontend — deploy to Vercel) Python 3.12 (PDF generator — runs alongside Node.js on Railway) Supabase (PostgreSQL database) Microsoft Azure / Entra ID (authentication and MFA) Microsoft SharePoint via Microsoft Graph API (file storage) Resend (email) Microsoft Teams webhooks (notifications) What you will do: Create a Supabase project and run two SQL schema files Register one app in Microsoft Azure with Graph API permissions Deploy the backend to Railway using the included nixpacks.toml config Deploy the frontend to Vercel Set all environment variables following the included .env.example Run an end-to-end test checklist I will provide Join a screen share session with me during testing so I can verify every feature Requirements: Proven experience deploying to Railway and Vercel Experience with Supabase setup and SQL schema execution Familiarity with Microsoft Azure app registration and API permissions Available for a screen share session during deployment and testing Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before project details or files are shared — this is non-negotiable Please include links to previous Railway and Vercel deployments in your proposal
