Restructure WordPress Home Page

I need someone to restructure my company's home page on WordPress. This is a light, short-term design project - Mostly reworking and simplifying what's there. The branding is already set and I'll provide the copy. I'm looking for someone who can comfortably design in WordPress and can produce high quality results quickly. The budget is $15-$30/hr.
