AI Agent & Workflow Automation

We're looking for an experienced AI engineer to help build and improve our AI agent and workflow automation platform. The goal is to automate business processes by connecting AI agents with internal systems and third party services while keeping everything reliable and easy to scale. The work includes building AI powered workflows, integrating APIs, handling data processing, and creating agent based automations that can complete multi step tasks with minimal human input. Key responsibilities: Build and improve AI agents and automation workflows Connect with third party APIs and business tools Develop scalable backend services and integrations Work with LLMs and retrieval systems where needed Optimize performance and reliability Collaborate on product decisions and technical architecture Required skills: Python or Node.js AI and LLM integrations API development and integrations Workflow automation experience Database design and backend development Experience building production ready applications Bonus: LangChain or similar frameworks Vector databases and RAG Agent orchestration AWS or cloud deployments We're looking for someone who can think beyond implementation, understand the product goals, and help build practical AI solutions that solve real business problems.
