HTML Site → WordPress (Betheme): 4 Pages + Simple Email-Capture Form Widget

I have a live static website (marketing agency, light/dark theme, 4 pages). I want it rebuilt in WordPress using the Betheme theme, which I already own. A fresh WordPress is already installed on my staging subdomain — if you want to build there your call or you can build on your local and then upload to live main domain its your choice, just make sure that don't do big experiments on live domain. A pixel-perfect copy is not must. You can import a suitable pre-built Betheme demo and make it as close as possible to my current site on main domain using existing text and colors. I'll provide a build spec document with all page content and an HTML file for the audit widget as a starting point. See existing site code and audit tool php code using FTP or Cpanel's filemanager first to better understand, that Audit tool on the home page is not real we will make it real soon, so makesure you place its code in wordpress as a function where we can customize it in future. Key requirement: everything (colors, text, logo) must stay easy for me to edit later in WordPress — no hard-coded content. Please confirm you've built custom WordPress plugins before (the audit tool stores data in the database and needs an admin table), and share 1–2 similar past projects. Scope of work (step by step) 1. Set up Work on sub-domain (WordPress already installed). Activate Betheme (license provided) and import a pre-built demo closest to my current site. 2. Build all pages Recreate all 4 pages using content from my main domain site: Home, Services, About, Contact. Use my existing text/content; keep it editable in WordPress (no hard-coded text). Match layout, sections, and style as closely as the demo allows. 3. Make it customizable Site colors must be customizable from the WordPress admin (theme options / global colors), not hard-coded. Fonts and content editable too. 4. Logo Logo is currently text-based (works in light and dark). Keep it as text, OR convert to PNG/SVG only if you can keep the same look and consistency across both themes. 5. Contact form Working contact form on the Contact page. All submissions must be emailed to an email which will be provided later (and confirm delivery works). 6. Privacy & Terms pages My current site's Privacy and Terms pages are incomplete. Create proper Privacy Policy and Terms of Service pages with standard, appropriate content and link them in the footer. 7. Audit / Analyzer tool (separate widget) Build the "instant website audit" tool as a separate, self-contained widget/plugin (I'll provide starter HTML/JS). It must be easy to customize later. When a visitor submits (URL + email), save each query to the WordPress database. 8. Admin table for audit queries Add an admin page in the WordPress dashboard that lists all saved audit queries in a standard table with pagination, sorting, and search (use the native WP_List_Table style). 9. Security Add basic protection against spam, XSS, and abuse: form spam protection (e.g. honeypot/reCAPTCHA), input sanitization/validation on the audit tool, and a security plugin configured for firewall / rate-limiting (spam/DDoS mitigation). 10. Quality checks No broken links anywhere (run a link checker and fix all). Fully responsive on mobile, tablet, desktop. Works across major browsers. 11. Handover When everything on dev domain is ready then move to the main domain. Short note on how to edit colors, text, and the logo, and where to find the audit queries table. Deliverables Fully working WordPress site on main domain (4 pages + Privacy + Terms). Custom audit widget + admin table for saved queries. Working contact form to an email which will be provided later. Customizable colors/content, no broken links, mobile-responsive, security configured. Brief handover notes. Acceptance criteria All pages match the current site's content and are editable in WordPress. Audit submissions appear in the admin table with pagination, sorting, and search. Contact form emails arrive at the provided email address (email address will be provided after contract signing). Zero broken links; passes mobile and cross-browser check.
