QA and Red-Teaming of AI Code

Look for someone whose main skill is reading and testing code, not building features. Ideally a QA automation / SDET background, or a security-minded senior engineer, the type who looks at an endpoint and immediately asks what happens if the wrong user hits it. - Strong backend code reading (Node/Python) + comfortable running unknown codebases in Docker - Security and permissions awareness, two of the example bugs were exactly that - Really good written English, since the deliverable is a written report, not code - Patient with documentation, the first task is a long one
