Senior Full-Stack Developer Needed for Garment ERP Development

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer or development team to build a production-ready ERP system for a garment manufacturing business currently operating through paper records and spreadsheets. The goal is to digitize and streamline operations into a centralized web platform that may later evolve into a multi-tenant SaaS product. The system should include order management, inventory management, production tracking, customer and dealer management, supplier and purchase management, employee management, invoicing, reporting and analytics, and multi-user role-based access control with audit logs. Users should be able to manage the complete manufacturing workflow from raw materials to finished goods while generating business insights through dashboards and reports. Our preferred stack includes Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Node.js, NestJS, and PostgreSQL. The solution should follow clean architecture principles and include secure authentication, REST APIs, validation, logging, testing of critical modules, Dockerized deployment, and comprehensive documentation.
