# CRM Integration & Automation Developer (Lead Capture to Freshworks CRM) ## Job Overview We're looking for an experienced CRM Integration & Automation Developer to connect our lead sources directly to **Freshworks CRM**. **This is NOT an AI chatbot or AI assistant development project.** We already have a separate team working on our AI Leasing Assistant. Your responsibility is to ensure that leads from our rental platforms are captured accurately and automatically synchronized into Freshworks CRM. ## About Us Learn more about our company and available rental properties: **Website:** https://mioymaffordablehomes.info/ ## Current Lead Sources We receive leasing inquiries from: * Zillow * Avail * TurboTenant * Apartments.com * MIOYM Affordable Homes Website * Outlook Leasing Email ## Project Scope Your responsibilities include: * Connect all lead sources to Freshworks CRM. * Ensure every inquiry is automatically created as a lead in the CRM. * Map all available lead fields correctly. * Prevent duplicate lead creation. * Ensure reliable real-time synchronization. * Handle errors and failed imports. * Test each platform thoroughly. * Document the workflow and integrations. * Recommend the best architecture for a reliable and scalable lead capture system. ## Existing Tools We already have access to: * Freshworks CRM * Microsoft Outlook * Calendly * Twilio * GoDaddy (Domain & Hosting) You're welcome to recommend the best integration method using: * Make.com * n8n * Freshworks API * REST APIs * Webhooks * Custom integrations ## Required Experience We're looking for someone with experience in: * Freshworks CRM * CRM integrations * REST APIs * Webhooks * Make.com and/or n8n * Microsoft Outlook integrations * Real estate lead platforms (preferred) We're also looking for someone who can troubleshoot automation issues and handle a variety of integration and technical tasks as our systems continue to grow. ## Deliverables * Successful integration of all lead sources into Freshworks CRM. * Accurate field mapping. * Automatic lead creation. * Duplicate prevention. * Error handling and logging. * End-to-end testing. * Documentation of the integration workflow. ## To Apply Please include: 1.
