Realty Press Expert Assistance with Views & Plugin Errors

We have been using RealtyPress for our website for a long time, but we just feel like the views, filters and other issues keep coming up. We tried duplicating our site and we got these errors: ERROR 1118 (42000) at line 1170: Row size too large ( 8126). Changing some columns to TEXT or BLOB may help. In current row format, BLOB prefix of 0 bytes is stored inline. If it helps, we think the problem is occurring in the wp_rps_office table or in the wp_rps_property. This may be related to issues with the plugin that uses those tables. We would like help with fixing this plugin with our site, as well as, help with overall filtering levels. When we click on an entry, it just sits on the loading circle and doesn't bring up the content.
