Workflow Automation Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Workflow Automation Specialist to help us streamline our business operations, eliminate manual data entry, and build robust, "zero-touch" automated data bridges between our core operational tools. If you live and breathe visual programming, webhooks, complex API payloads, and clean operational architecture, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Architect, build, and maintain multi-step scenarios/zaps using Make.com (Integromat) and Zapier. Configure custom webhooks, handle raw HTTP requests, and parse JSON/XML payload structures efficiently. Implement advanced scenario logic including filters, routers, iterators, aggregators, and variable manipulation. Synchronize data effortlessly across platforms like CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), routing/tracking tools (Onfleet), communication APIs (Slack, Twilio, WhatsApp), and cloud databases (Airtable, Google Sheets). Incorporate bulletproof error-handling mechanisms (break, resume, ignore directives) to ensure operational continuity and data integrity. Audit and optimize existing scenarios to drastically reduce operational overhead, task counts, and processing errors.
